About the Position

We are seeking seasoned and dynamic Private Bankers/Relationship Managers with a strong background in managing High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)/Ultra-HNIs client relationships. You will have a deep understanding of financial markets and the ability to offer a wide range of wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNIs/UHNI clients by providing tailored wealth management services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized investment solutions.
  • Understand client financial goals and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment products.
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other structured financial products.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide periodic updates and rebalancing suggestions.
  • Ensure high standards of compliance, due diligence, and risk management in all client transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to stay updated on latest investment opportunities.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets consistently.

Required Skillsets:

  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, AIFs, Insurance, etc.) is essential for this role.
  • Excellent client servicing, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are crucial for success.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, economic trends, and portfolio structuring is required.
  • Ability to identify client needs and offer customized financial advice is key.
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth is expected.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance norms in the wealth management space is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
  • NISM certifications (Mutual Fund, Equity Derivatives, etc.) are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management handling HNI clients is mandatory.
