About the Role
Ask Private Wealth is seeking seasoned and dynamic Private Bankers / Relationship Managers with a strong background in managing HNI/UHNI client relationships, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to offer a wide range of wealth solutions including Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, and Alternate Investments.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized wealth management solutions.
- Understand client financial goals and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment products.
- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other structured financial products.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide periodic updates and rebalancing suggestions.
- Ensure high standards of compliance, due diligence, and risk management in all client transactions.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to stay updated on latest investment opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets consistently.
Required Skillsets
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, AIFs, Insurance, etc.
- Excellent client servicing, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, economic trends, and portfolio structuring.
- Ability to identify client needs and offer customized financial advice.
- Result-oriented with a proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance norms in the wealth management space.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
- NISM certifications (Mutual Fund, Equity Derivatives, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum 68 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management handling HNI clients.
