Senior Transformation Leader

This is a high-level leadership position requiring strategic thinking and expertise in AI, data science, and six sigma to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs to reduce costs, improve processes, and enhance quality across global operations.
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals and drive measurable outcomes in areas such as productivity, utilization, SLA adherence, and customer experience metrics.
  • Identify and champion use cases for AI technologies including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Services with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives with deep understanding of the model lifecycle.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and AI platforms like Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Strong command of automation technologies particularly RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
