Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in India. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about process optimization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our production operations run efficiently, safely, and consistently at the highest quality. This involves:

  • Monitoring daily production operations to meet quality standards.
  • Analyzing process data to identify areas for improvement and proposing changes to increase efficiency and yield.
  • Collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
  • Supporting trials of new materials, processes, or technologies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Documenting production results and preparing loss analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
  • 0-3 years of production or manufacturing experience; new graduates are welcome.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma tools is an advantage.
