Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to drive business growth by improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and industrialization layouts.
  • Work on IP, door, and pillar trim projects, utilizing eBOM, mBOM, BOR, BOP, and SC lists.
  • Support PLM deliverables from PK0 to FCC, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply knowledge of resource life cycle management, FCC maintenance, and PQCP principles to minimize downtime and maximize production.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential for this role.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Strong knowledge of resource life cycle management, FCC maintenance, and PQCP principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
