**Job Title:** Community Development Professional

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Community Development Professional. This role requires someone who is passionate about creating positive change and dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged communities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to the community, working collaboratively with partner NGOs and other stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Develop high-quality projects that demonstrate holistic development by mainstreaming displaced, migrated, and underserved populations.
  • Ensure timely flow and effective utilization of funds by collaborating with NGO partners.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and maintain data for the project, including quarterly and annual reports.
  • Promote employee engagement in the project and encourage social responsibility.

**Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular coordination support to partner NGOs.
  • Maintain a database of volunteer activities across projects.
  • Document activities, events, and functions pictorially.
  • Conduct floor walks with volunteers to ensure effective engagement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in the development sector, specifically in partnership development, on-ground program management, and community mobilization.
  • Ability to deliver results independently and effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex processes and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Experience in program management, volunteer engagement, and networking is essential.
