Job Title: Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive community development programs that address the needs of underprivileged communities.

  • Conduct baseline assessments to identify community needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work with partner NGOs and employees to implement community development projects that promote sustainable poverty alleviation.
  • Mobilize communities to engage in their own development and ensure their active participation in project activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, NGOs, and employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications
