Become a Key Player in Our Construction Technology Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction technology department, you will be responsible for working on scan to BIM techniques to capture as-built conditions and analyze them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM), laser scanning, and construction management principles. You will work closely with project teams to develop accurate models based on pointclouds or redline drawings using parametric or solid objects. Your expertise in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Recap Pro, Faro Scene, Leica Register 360, Cloud Compare, and Microsoft Office will be essential in this role.
You will also be responsible for proficiently operating scan registration software like Faro Scene, Leica Register 360, Trimble Realworks etc., including registration (target based, cloud to cloud), adding control points from survey data or CADs available, scan cleanup and analysis such as contours, volume calculations etc.
Your excellent communication skills, knowledge of construction management, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision will make you an asset to our team. We are looking for someone who can effectively participate in a team environment and has a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
