Facebook Ads Media Buyer – Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to manage our Facebook Ads media buying strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and scaling full-funnel campaigns, as well as analyzing performance metrics using spreadsheets and dashboards.

This role involves managing large ad spends, experimenting with new strategies, and growing with a high-performing company. The successful candidate will thrive in this environment if they have strong analytical skills, can build smart spreadsheets, and have an eye for creating effective ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize ad spend on Facebook and Instagram
  • Build and scale full-funnel campaigns using data-driven strategies
  • Analyze CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and spot trends fast
  • Test ad creatives and lead the ideas and structure
  • Write compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that converts
  • Produce clear daily reports and be accountable for results

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, confident with maths, and able to build smart spreadsheets. They will also have an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative.
