**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced digital media professional to lead our operations team.

This is a dynamic role that requires guiding a team to set up and execute digital media campaigns using ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager 360, Ad Form, and Flashtalking.

  • Maintain high-quality frameworks to ensure excellent work from the team.
  • Monitor daily operations and identify potential process gaps to resolve them with supervision.
  • Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues across platforms and ad-tech, providing proactive solutions.
  • Assess training requirements for the team to ensure smooth account/project transitions.
  • Evaluate team concerns and provide insights to minimize risks.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A full-time graduate degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing digital media campaigns across channels.
  • Extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows.
  • Understanding of third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools.
  • Strong individual contributor and collaborative team player.
  • Excellent analytical skills and written/verbal communication abilities.

  • Candidates must have a deep understanding of digital media and ad-tech.
  • Experience with ad server platforms and campaign management workflows is essential.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is crucial.
