Electrical engineers play a vital role in the design and development of electronic systems. This position requires an individual with expertise in various electronics/electrical components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods to ensure their efficiency and reliability.
  • Work on obsolescence activities to qualify replacements, perform thorough testing to qualify and release in the system along with comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, system, and process engineering) to develop and qualify engineering solutions across different geographies.
  • Rapidly generate design concepts that evolve into detailed drawings for manufacturing those concepts.
  • Participate in design reviews to present designs throughout various phases of design and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Master's degree preferred with 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Critical/system-level thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Good project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong understanding of electronics components, schematics, and system interconnect.
  • Ability to select and recommend components based on application and circuit requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with bench-level testing and system-level testing of electronics components.
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software to create detailed drawings and diagrams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with part lifecycle management and change orders using PLM systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic components obsolescence and its impact on system performance.
  • Understanding of PCB and component layout.
