ERP Specialist

As an ERP specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our technology stack. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.

  • Role Overview:
  • You will lead technology initiatives, drive operational excellence, and optimize our ERP ecosystem.

  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization:
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership:
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
  • System Integrations:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ownership & Mentorship:
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
    • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
    • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.
    • Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).
    • Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.
    • Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.
    • High Ownership & Hustle: Proactive and accountable, with a 'get-it-done' mindset.
    • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Able to analyze complex business challenges and architect efficient solutions.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to align multi-disciplinary teams and present insights effectively.
