Financial Operations Manager

The role of a Financial Operations Manager is to oversee the efficient management of financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This involves managing cash flow, fund management, and collections, as well as performing regular forex reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions Management: Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including cash flow, fund management, and collections.
  • Forex Reconciliations: Perform regular forex reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Treasury Operations: Oversee treasury operations, including accounting for import-export transactions and maintaining compliance with FEMA guidelines and RBI payment codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP is essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity with Tally or other ERP platforms being an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, strong coordination and follow-up abilities, excellent communication and analytical thinking skills are required for this role.
  • Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications in Treasury, Forex, or Banking Operations are desirable.
