">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement financial analysis models and reporting systems.
  • Support business development teams with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of accurate rolling forecasts and track actual cost development.
  • Perform in-depth data analyses to derive actionable insights for senior management.
  • Efficiently manage and monitor monthly reports, including operating expenses.
  • Develop engaging presentations on ongoing business development using PowerPoint.
  • Supervise large-scale projects and plan training programs for colleagues.
  • Participate in the expansion of the reporting system and contribute to process improvements.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks and support cross-functional initiatives.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • A completed commercial degree or equivalent with several years of professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and an interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of macro programming.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and BW is beneficial.
  • High learning agility and strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently, be well-organized, and have a structured working approach.
  • A keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data in an agile environment.
  • The ability to think creatively and resolve complex problems.
  • A good team player who can collaborate in a multi-functional and cross-cultural setting.
