Job Title: 3D Model Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD design professional to create and develop 3D models of mechanical parts using Creo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D models of mechanical parts using Creo.
  • Design and develop new parts and products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design for manufacture requirements.
  • Collaborate with plastic tool makers and injection molders to optimize part design.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of mechanical parts using structural analysis tools.
  • Develop and implement good design practices and DFM principles.
  • Maintain and improve designs to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve designs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CAD design.
  • Highly proficient in Creo and CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and SPI standards for plastic design.
  • Expertise in working with plastic tool makers and injection molders.
  • Skilled in concept generation and creative problem-solving.
  • Experience in designing electromechanical enclosures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
