Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced 2D to 3D Artist with strong proficiency in Blender to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming 2D concepts into high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual assets that align with project requirements. This role demands a keen eye for detail, artistic flair, and technical expertise in Blender.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert 2D sketches, illustrations, and concept art into detailed 3D models using Blender.
  • Create textures, lighting, and rendering setups to enhance visual quality.
  • Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets.
  • Optimize models for performance across various platforms (games, AR/VR, simulations).
  • Maintain consistency in style and quality across all assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest Blender features and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSc CS)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D modeling and animation using Blender.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Blender (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation).
  • Good understanding of 3D pipelines and asset optimization.
  • Familiarity with other tools like Photoshop, Substance Painter, or Unity is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret 2D designs and translate them into 3D.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
