Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualization Artist with hands-on experience in 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or Unity 3D to bring architectural floor plans and construction projects to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D models, walkthroughs, and animations for residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert 2D architectural drawings and AutoCAD plans into detailed 3D models.
- Design and animate interior and exterior walkthroughs and flythroughs.
- Create photorealistic renders with accurate lighting, textures, and materials.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and marketing teams to visualize project concepts.
- Develop interactive 3D experiences using Unity 3D (optional).
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets for client presentations and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
