Job Title: Operations and Network Manager

A key role has emerged for an operations and network manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, coordinating between ambulance operators, users, and the call center team to deliver reliable and timely services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage communication skills to locate and interact with private ambulance operators in identified cities to expand our ambulance network.
  • Train ambulance owners and their staff to use our mobile App for efficient operations.
  • Interface with the call center for regular ambulance trips and provide support as needed.
  • Foster a culture of transparency by following up with ambulance operators and users for any payments owed.
  • Negotiate rates with ambulance operators for various types of trips or events in collaboration with the call center.
  • Closely monitor the progress of critical trips, particularly outstation trips, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Address user, call center, and ambulance owner/staff concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues beyond your control to senior management promptly.
  • Regularly attend mandatory meetings and provide updates on your activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.
  • Availability on Whatsapp and calls during business hours.
  • Possession of a personal laptop.
  • Multilingualism (preferably fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil).
