Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead the development and implementation of our company's initiatives.

This role requires a visionary leader who can manage complex projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

  • Initiative Management
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Build and maintain a 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
  • Present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement
  • Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate partner goals.
  • Ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
  • Team Leadership
  • Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns.
  • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of governance, emerging technologies, and project management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
