This is a high-level technical leadership position responsible for driving the implementation and continuous support of Sitecore solutions within the organization.

  • Define and communicate the technical vision for Sitecore solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore technologies and industry trends to ensure optimal solutions.">
  • Drive agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to deliver high-quality solutions.">
  • Manage data migration and integration with other systems.">
  • Ensure optimal performance of Sitecore solutions.">

Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including the Product Owner, business analysts, technical teams, architecture teams, and digital marketing stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.

Translate the product vision into technical reality, ensuring the successful delivery of Sitecore solutions that meet business needs and drive value.

">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Sitecore Tech Lead or Senior Sitecore Fullstack Developer.">
  • Sitecore Platform: Deep understanding of Sitecore core concepts, including XM Cloud, Content Hub, Personalize, Forms, and Search.">
  • Tech Skills: Vercel, Next JS, HTML, CSS, GraphQL, JavaScript, C#, database design, SQL queries, and performance optimization.">
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps).">
  • Soft Skills: Anticipates trends, implements innovative solutions, and maintains clear communication with stakeholders.">
  • Education: Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.">
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).">
