Windows Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide top-notch service and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Product Support and Windows Support is essential.
  • The ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including English speaking and chatting, are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Assist customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.
  • Tech Assistance: Provide post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software issues and device network/connectivity problems.
  • Product Guidance: Help customers with the download, installation, and activation of products and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Prerequisites & Skills:
  • A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute is required.
  • Proficiency in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries is necessary.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software and connectivity issues are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services is necessary.
  • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
