Job Title: Distributed Systems Engineer

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of backend development experience with a strong focus on distributed systems
  • Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, including hands-on experience with Hibernate
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, including product teams, clients, and cross-functional tech teams
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures
  • NoSQL databases experience, including ScyllaDB and MongoDB
  • Performance optimization and latency tuning skills
  • Ownership mindset with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects
