Lead AI Strategist Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Product Manager to spearhead our AI innovation initiatives and drive impactful people and operations strategies.

About the Opportunity:

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-powered solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven products and features that push the boundaries of what's possible in career tech.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to turn AI ideas into reality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to inform your strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3.5 years of experience in product or tech roles, with at least 1.5 years hands-on experience in AI/Applied AI products.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as RAG, GenAI, and Agentic systems.
  • Strong understanding of how to evaluate AI models, including self-hosted, cloud-hosted, open-source, proprietary, cost, latency, and output quality.
