Senior AI Research Scientist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Research Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing innovative AI solutions and applying cutting-edge research to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new AI features and models that align with our core product strategy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and create effective AI solutions.
  3. Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality AI systems that meet our customers' needs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of professional experience in AI research.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields from top colleges.
  • Experience in Deep Learning, LLMs, NLP, Speech, Conversational AI, AI-Infrastructure, fine-tuning and optimizations of PyTorch models.
  • Experience with at least one LLM such as Llama, GPT, Claude, Falcon, etc.
  • Experience with at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch and/or JAX.
  • Experience building cloud solutions on any cloud and Open Source cloud stacks like Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Docker containers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with technical and business audiences.
