Key Responsibilities :

Prompt Engineering & Dialogue Flow Optimization :

  • Optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outcomes for specific business use cases.

  • Develop strategies for managing complex conversation flows, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining context throughout the interaction.

Data Science & Engineering Excellence :

  • Build scalable data pipelines, manage data infrastructure, and ensure efficient data access for AI development.

Research & Innovation :

  • Explore and integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance our AI capabilities, particularly in conversational sales.

Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts.

  • Experience with dataset creation, data cleaning, feature engineering, and data integrity.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI frameworks.
