Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this Project Management role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of retail interior projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the delivery of retail interior projects from concept to completion.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking and budgeting, familiarity with CAD software, and ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
