Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Oversee interior design development and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and ensure smooth execution of projects on a day-to-day basis.
  • Project Logistics: Manage project logistics related to construction and interiors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design Development: Strong skills in design development and project coordination.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and site execution.
  • Site Execution: Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design & quality standards.
  • Construction Processes: Knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Software Skills:
  • AutoCAD: Working drawings & detailing.
  • SketchUp / 3ds Max / Rhino: 3D modeling.
  • V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape: Rendering & visualization.
  • Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign: Presentation & graphics.
  • MS Office / Google Workspace: Project coordination & documentation.
