About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our corporate office interior design projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects.\
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines in alignment with design & client requirements.\
  • Ensure quality standards and adherence to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.\
  • Monitor contractor, vendor, and labor performance to ensure smooth project execution.\
  • Coordinate with design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients for seamless communication.\
  • Track project expenses, materials usage, and report cost deviations.\
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients.\
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance regulations are strictly followed at the site.\
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.\
  • Ensure timely handover of the project with high-quality standards.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management.\
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects.\
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.\
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.\
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.\
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).\
  • Flexibility to stay full-time at the project site.\
