Interior Site Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and project management, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Monitoring: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and specifications.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Process Adherence: Maintain 100% adherence to internal processes.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of all site work.
  • Project Completion: Ensure that projects are completed on time and to top quality standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction scores and take corrective action as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Designing.
  • Experience: Experience in interior project execution is a plus. Site Execution experience in Premium projects, Hotel projects, Luxury studios is preferred.
  • Skills: Eye for quality, ability to read and plan work from schedules, and a valid license for site travel.
