Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team.
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Update cash flow forecasts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Lead the preparation of periodic investor reporting, including tax and audit information.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Reconciliations and Cash Flow Management
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate accounting irregularities, mistakes, or potential fraud.
  • Reconcile forecasted net operating income (NOI) versus actual results.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and payments efficiently.
  • Calculate reimbursements accurately.
  • Process distributions smoothly.
Cash Flow and Data Collection
  • Manage corporate filings for all entities.
  • Collect data for backup and support purposes.
  • Conduct payment research as needed.
  • Gather requirements from investments such as insurance, K1s, and financials.
Platform Expertise
  • Excel - Expert level
  • Quickbooks - Advanced user
  • Sage Inacct - Proficient user

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage Inacct.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
