We are seeking an experienced Finance Executive who will be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate, timely Management Information Systems (MIS) reports at district, regional, and national levels.

  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) for internal and donor reporting.
  • Manage revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain hands-on knowledge of financial statements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including internal teams (CRM, RDs, RFMs), funders, and auditors.
  • Handle donor audits
  • Collate, analyse, and present data to support decision-making.
  • Undertake other responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively is a must for this role. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365) and MS Excel. Additionally, experience in auditing and financial analysis, along with relevant certifications like B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA/MBA is desirable.
