Job Description:

A Key Player in Workday HCM Operations, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our Workday environment.

  • You will ensure our system continues to align seamlessly with business processes by leveraging your expertise across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement configuration changes, develop reports, and support testing and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields to meet business and compliance needs.
  • Conduct configuration testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), support UAT, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
