Job Overview

As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of high-end interior and architectural design projects.

Key to success in this role is exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The successful candidate will manage multiple sites, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time with the design intent upheld.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of full-cycle project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Development of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Management of timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple luxury residential or commercial projects.

  • Site supervision to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Leadership of internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Client liaison ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management

  • Implementation of quality assurance procedures and compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of risks or roadblocks without compromising project goals.

  • Seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Project status reporting to senior leadership and clients regularly.
  • Documentation of contracts, work orders, and approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English preferred.
