Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to drive software development and implementation for injection molding and extrusion machines. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, participate in development phases, and maintain existing software features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software for new products and features based on market demand, customer requests, and competitor analysis.
  • Participate actively in various development and design phases.
  • Implement customer requests and development projects efficiently.
  • Maintain and standardize existing software features to improve product reliability.
  • Work towards improving machine and human safety.
  • Provide onshore and offshore support for global projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in industrial automation control systems with skills in motion control, PLC programming, HMI design, and field bus communications.
  • Experience in IEC PLC programming and C/C++ languages.
  • Knowledge of higher-level languages like HTML5, JS, and Python is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with global teams.
