We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to join our team.

Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to gain in-depth industry knowledge and contribute to the improvement of internal audit functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all assigned audits are performed with professionalism and compliance to defined procedures and SOPs.
  • Track open items from respective reviews, follow up with auditees, perform testing, and update statuses.
  • Lead/participate in exit meetings with Unit/HO Management.
  • Release draft reports to auditees post-review and discussions.
  • Update Pentana.
  • Maintain and update audit checklists and plans.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing ACM decks and other materials for senior management and the board.
  • Utilize BI reports and tools in assigned audits.

This position requires a strong understanding of auditing principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality results and driving process improvements, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CISA, or CIA.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Internal Audit or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
