Job Title: Workday Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in Workday integration development
  • Fairly understand the Workday core concepts
  • Strong understanding of business objects and relationships between PBO and RBO, including usage of Calc Fields
  • Extensive hands-on experience with integrations, calc fields, security, migrations
  • Strong understanding of EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigation, Search, Security, Reports
  • Preferred candidate with experience using Workday Extend
  • Good coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience with XSLT
  • Good understanding of AS-IS and To-Be functions for given requirements and ability to prepare documents and write test cases
  • Ability to communicate and articulate technical information
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments
  • Ability to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
