TING is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and lead our advertising team.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, as well as experience in managing and leading account teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Account Managers and Associates to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Oversee client accounts to align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
  • Develop and execute successful advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social media
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
  • Pursue new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Responsible for executing monthly reviews on revenue, profitability, client satisfaction scores, and employee performance scores

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in advertising account management
  • Strong understanding of advertising channels, including digital and traditional media
  • Proven track record of successful account management and client retention
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
