Job Title: Hyland IDP Product Resource Specialist


About the Role:


The Hyland IDP Product Resource Specialist will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and support of our Hyland IDP solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IDP products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Product Development: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to contribute to the development of Hyland IDP solutions. Provide insights and feedback to enhance product features and performance.
  • Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation of Hyland IDP solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Customer Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Offer expert guidance on the best use of Hyland IDP products to meet their business objectives.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on the use and maintenance of Hyland IDP solutions. Create comprehensive documentation and user guides.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of Hyland IDP products to identify and resolve any defects or performance issues. Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to intelligent document processing. Provide recommendations for product improvements and new features.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, implementation, or support roles, preferably with a focus on document processing or enterprise content management solutions.
  • Proficiency in Hyland OnBase or similar ECM platforms. Strong understanding of document processing technologies and integration methods.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) or similar certifications.
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS environment.
