Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the TV rating production system to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
- Support production platforms by installing, configuring, and maintaining production systems on Windows/Linux servers.
- Monitor server performance, track and monitor related services, and ensure correct generation of audio signatures for TV signals.
- Control updates, security packages, and manage daily, weekly, and special production processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify production processes, confirm correct assignment of audiences, and guarantee the integrity and backup of information.
- Provide technical support and advice to users, install software for internal/external users, and manage system user registrations.
- Investigate, notify, resolve incidents, manage severities, and prevent recurrence of failure events.
- Document failures, research PolluxCS parameterization, configure system parameters, and generate/update inventories and documentation.
- Ensure database quality, analyze audience behaviors, validate checklist steps, report status, and perform continuous quality validations.
