Fine Acers is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Jaipur. This role offers a competitive salary package, including performance-based incentives (up to ₹50 Lakhs per annum).

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. They should possess strong leadership, motivation, and team-building abilities, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing robust sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Managing a dynamic sales team, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring the company remains competitive and profitable in the marketplace.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
  • Defining clear performance metrics and monitoring individual and team achievements.
  • Providing consistent coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for team members.
