Job Summary

The Outreach Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns.

This position involves identifying potential influencers, building relationships, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of influencer initiatives.

  • Influencer Identification: Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) that align with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Reporting and Insights: Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role are necessary.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously is necessary.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools and marketing software are required.
