Marketing Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution for influencer marketing projects.

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms.
  • Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers as per campaign requirements.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated with platform trends and new campaign execution practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency setup.
