Job Summary

The Technical Consultant (TC) is responsible for implementing Zaggle Solutions with the Implementation Project Manager and gathering interface requirements based on client business requirements within the boundaries of core Zaggle functionality.

This role is responsible for technical configuration of customer specific environments, including all integration interfaces and technical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform product installation, product upgrades and system testing.

- Consult on and handle implementations, provide technical expertise on Integrations, feeds, loads and extracts.

- Configure all interfaces for ERP, Employee, Card etc.

- Gather functional and business requirements from client and translate them into a functional and technical solution design according to client and scope of Zaggle Product or Services.

- Setup Single-Sign-On (SSO) and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) with clients

- Troubleshoot or conduct system performance optimization exercises with clients.

- Work with project team to test external interfaces.

- Perform general issue resolution.

- Liaison with Technical Operation to ensure hardware availability through implementation.

- Responsible for the migration of configurations from test to production

- Maintain all installations throughout the lifecycle of an implementation (Test, Production)

Qualification & Exposure

- Technical degree (Degree in Accounting, a plus)

- 2-3 years of enterprise level project management, consulting and/or software implementation experience

- Proficiency in setting up SSO, FTP, file import/extract interfaces.

- Database knowledge, HTML, SAML, Integration Technologies understanding and preferably hands on practice are necessary.

- VB or Ruby or other 4GL language and SQL skills

- Experience with FTP and PGP file encryption (or similar)

- Strong working knowledge of flat files, XML files, and Excel spreadsheets

- Experience in client-facing/service roles

- Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes, a plus

- Full life-cycle financial system implementation experience

- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments.

- Ability to pass a background check.
