Job Description:


Responsibilities: Development and Configuration: Implement integration solutions by developing custom code, configuring middleware platforms, writing scripts, or utilizing integration tools. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs encountered during testing. Deployment and Implementation : Coordinate deployment activities, working closely with functional team, product team and end-users to ensure smooth implementation/deployment of integration solutions. Documentation : Prepare comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides for implemented integrations. Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing support for deployed integration solutions, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary updates or enhancements. Training and Knowledge Sharing : Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff to ensure understanding and adoption of integration solutions. Share knowledge and best practices with the team. Self-Motivated and Performance Driven : Should be a highly motivated person to pick any given problem in the Technical Consulting Space. The person should be able to think out of the box and come up with amicable solutions by closely working with different stakeholders like Product, Consulting & Customer(s). Effective communication : Interact with cross functional teams both internally and externally (Client or Partners) and should be very precise in the communication. Integration Design (Optional) : Any exposure to designintegrations or any design solutions that align with business needs, leveragingappropriate technologies and protocols such as APIs, web services etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proven experience (2-3 years) working as an Integration Developer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant or a similar role.Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc.).Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, PHP, or any Object-Oriented language.Hands-on experience with integration platforms and tools such as Workato, Dell Boomi, or IPaaS systems will be an added advantage.Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively.Certification in relevant integration technologies like SAP, Oracle and Workday is a plus
