Empowerment Program Assistant

Join our team as a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women from underserved communities.

As an Empowerment Program Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting empowerment initiatives through awareness sessions and skill development programs.
  • Assisting in organizing workshops, training sessions, and field activities to engage and uplift women.
  • Providing one-on-one or group mentoring and guidance to promote self-confidence and independence.
  • Collaborating with staff and fellow volunteers to plan and execute program activities.
  • Helping prepare and distribute educational and training materials.
  • Maintaining participation records and providing regular feedback to supervisors.
  • Ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment during all interactions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
