In this role, you will play a key part in leading our technology team, working closely with senior management to align our technology strategy with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align technology goals with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelors' Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Open Pages, including designing and developing complex flows for Governance Risk and Compliance space.
  • Extensive experience in the GRC domain.
  • Strong experience with TFUI, workflows, configuration, views, calculations, security, triggers, helpers, APIs, AFCON, object models, integration, etc.
  • Proven experience in designing and architecting solutions on IBM OpenPages and Cognos Framework.
  • Proficient in Java to support IBM OpenPages APIs and should be able to mentor the team.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and processes.
  • Experience with the Python language.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
