As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence of our clients, developing and executing content ideas, optimizing social media content, and enhancing engagement.

Job Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager located in Chennai. You will be responsible for creating and curating content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage content across multiple platforms
  • Spot trends and adapt them into engaging, high-performing content
  • Build and engage with communities through comments, DMs, and replies
  • Track performance metrics and double down on what works
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution

We are looking for someone who is deeply interested in social media and pop culture, has strong writing skills for captions, carousels, and scripts (English + Tanglish a plus), creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture.
