Senior Cloud Contact Center Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Contact Center Software Engineer to join our team remotely. Miratech is a leading cloud contact center platform offering advanced tools for call routing, analytics, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Scalable Solutions: Ensure high performance and reliability of solutions.
- Full-Stack Development: Focus on back-end logic and features for voice solutions and web applications.
- Java and Spring Boot: Build robust back-end services and APIs using Java and the Spring Boot 3.2.x framework.
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy applications using Google Cloud Platform services for optimal solutions.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Use relevant tools to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Agile/Scrum Environment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges associated with large-scale systems.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of industry experience in software development with focus on VoIP systems.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development with a proven track record in designing and building back-end logic for web applications with microservices architecture.
- Proficient in Java with a solid understanding of the Spring Boot 3.2.x framework.
- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
- Skilled in front-end development using React.js to create dynamic web applications.
- Strong background in database management including experience with data stores, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills utilizing relevant tools effectively.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and contribute to large-scale systems.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Positive self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Nice to Have:
- Good understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP RTP RTCP and WebRTC.
- Familiar with MFE and single-spa framework.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and applying best practices for security compliance observability and monitoring in a DevOps environment.
- Experience in database optimization and design of highly available and scalable data architecture.
- Experience with Contact Centre IVR Virtual Agents and telecommunications service providers is advantageous.
