Simulation and Modeling Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Leader to head our simulation and modeling team based out of Bangalore.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of simulation and modelers.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Semi-Conductor Industry.
  • Ensure the team adheres to industrial/manufacturing standards and procedures.
  • Drive innovation within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and maintain technical capability development roadmaps for modeling groups.
  • Maintain skill set matrices and infrastructure/lab/tooling required to meet roadmap objectives.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment on reporting metrics and Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain and develop process checkpoints to ensure adherence to design standards and schedules.
  • Plan and maintain resources as per annual operating plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process modelling/engineering and experience working on multiphysics models. Key areas of focus include process development, experimental validation, and scaling up processes for mass production.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process Modelling/Engineering or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of semi-conductor industry trends and challenges.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
