Manual Tester Role

Hiring for a skilled manual tester to ensure the quality of our software and systems.

  • Plan, design, and execute test cases to meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to identify defects and track issues.
  • Create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts, and conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect management tools.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, bug reports, and test documentation.
  • Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., ISTQB) preferred.

Experience:

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in telecom or enterprise applications.
  • Experience in telecom software or network management systems is a strong plus.
